any inclination to play with your left margin? somehow a staggered margin with snow / on snow makes sense to me.

Thanks, Erin -- this software won't let me play with the left margin -- at least I haven't figured out how to do it yet.

When I want to indent I put in spaces manually. You have to type the askii code for a non-breaking space, which is -- you can line up as many as you want.
