I first discovered this profound piece of wisdom while I was waiting, some ten years ago, for my husband to either die or recieve a new heart. (He got the heart, thankfully.) Over the years this statement has connected with so many key life-moments. Have yet to find a situation not a good fit for it. We must change to survive/thrive, and we must be connected to have the fullness of life, and certainly we must pay attention in order to pick up all the micro-truths lying about, waiting for harvest. Love it.
