This is the Catster Montana Cats angel, courtesy of Miss Muppet, with the assistance of wingman Uncle Brent. Cousin Sue's Montana cat PeeWee (AKA Bibs) recently discovered that, angelic or not, she doesn't actually have wings:

Yep, she fell out of the tree. You can see that she has decided to hold fast to ground for awhile.
