My human is worse than a dog.
She slept in. She's groggy. The internet is slow. A bunch of folks did not use the handy cut & paste carnival submission forms. She's full of excuses. She begs your forgiveness.
Bottom line: the Carnival will be posted a bit late.
She apologizes.
