Adagio Teas II

teapot, cup, and cannister

Remember my Self-Serving Tea Post? These goodies came in the mail last week: a 16 ounce ingenious teapot and a cannister of citron green tea. Now, having tried their products, I can happily recommend Adagio Teas.

Adagio tea labelThis little teapot is excellent. It's light, easy to use and easy to clean (dishwasher safe.) It's kind of trippy, actually -- you just put in the tea; pour in almost- at- the- boil water; set it on top of the cup of your choice; and it opens and slips from the pot to the cup. Instructions* for the specific tea are right on cannister label for novices like me.

And the tea is very nice. I don't have a connoisseur vocabulary -- this tea tastes soft to me. Kind of full and soft.

I like it.

ADDED: Go see Selva's Tea Leaves photoset.

Adagio Teas is offering goodies for mentioning them in a blog post -- I've never tasted their tea, but I hope to soon. They hooked me with their unique website  and their savvy respect for blogs.

Look at all the lovely teas: Black Tea, Flavors Tea, Oolong Tea, White Tea, Green Tea, Herbal Tea, Rooibos Tea, Decaf Tea.

I found this on Selva's blog, the feast- for- the- eyes, ne(one)piphany.
